The Air Quality Index uses colours as well as numbers to represent air quality. But what are they?
Greens mean “low” pollution, yellows mean “moderate”, reds means “high” and purple means “very high”
Greens means “low” pollution, yellows and amber mean “moderate” pollution and reds mean “high”; there is no “very high”
Blue means “low” pollution, green means “moderate”, orange means “high” and red means “very high”
White means “low” pollution, grey means “moderate” pollution and black means “high”
